Online purchases are limited to products which you can access through our link " Shop Online " on the home page. 

Order Cancellation Policy:

To cancel an order you have placed with us, you must contact customer support by email ( or by phone (044 42820290). Cancellation will be accepted provided it is effected within 24 hours of placing the order. However if the item has not been shipped when you initiate the cancellation we can accept the same. When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

Out of Stock Policy:

Our inventory can fluctuate throughout the day, so an item indicated as “in­stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out­ of ­stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Most out­ of ­stock items are in stock again within three (3) weeks. Certain items for sale on our site are not kept in inventory, but can be special ordered for you and shipped within three (3) weeks. If you select one of these items, your checkout page will indicate the actual shipping date. If the shipping date is not acceptable, you may cancel the item before confirming your order.

Shipping Policy for In-stock Items:

All items indicated to be in­stock are shipped within 3 working days. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has left our warehouse, but will also provide the courier tracking number for your item. Return and Refunds Policy:

Every product you buy from us comes with a 15 day limited warranty. The warranty applies to products that have been confirmed as defective by us, which may be repaired or replaced (at our sole discretion). For assistance or to exchange a defective product, please call our customer support at 044 42820290 There will be no refunds for any reason. By making a purchase with us, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy.

Online Catalogue:

The online catalogue showcases products that Uniform Craft is capable of supplying from various fabrics which are always available in stock. While we do not hold stock of every product in the catalogue at all times, we have select stocks in each category available for quick delivery.

Registered users can provide information required to incorporate their brand logo or embroider text onto the uniform with ease. Shortlisted uniform designs along with branding information can be moved to the " My Portfolio " area of the website which enables easy order placement. 

Swatch card / Sample garments / Size sets:

Colours as viewed in the online catalogue are only indicative and do not exactly match the fabric colour. Swatch cards are available for customers to assess the feel of the fabric as well as confirm their choice of colours.

Sample garments and size sets are available against a refundable deposit. Please indicate your requirement through the enquiry form available in the Contact Us page.

Pricing and lead time:

New customers can indicate the total quantity required in each uniform through the online catalogue. Please register, pick the uniforms that you are interested in from the online catalogue and move it to the " My Portfolio " section. Indicate the total quantity required in each uniform in the XXL field of the size grid and send the enquiry from the " My portfolio" section. Order Placement:

Every employee needs to be comfortable in his or her uniform. In meeting this goal it is necessary that the right sizes are ordered. Since sizing definitions vary widely with each brand and manufacturer it is important that our sizing guide provided in the product description page is followed meticulously to arrive at the size breakup of your order quantity. Garment stitching orders are executed in batches in an assembly line mode and individual garment orders are difficult to schedule as well as expensive to manufacture. It is highly adviseable to maintain stock of about 10% of your annual order quantity in Nursing uniforms to accomodate small quantity requirements which may arise from time to time.
