Return and Refunds Policy:
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. We do not have a courier pickup facility and items are to be sent back to us at the customers cost. The product cost along with GST wll be refunded to the customer on receipt of the product in resalable condition. The refund amount will reflect in customer's account within 4 to 5 days of initiating the refund. Should there be a manufacturing defect the shipping cost to and fro will be refunded by us.
Order Cancellation Policy:
To cancel an order you have placed with us, you must contact customer support by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (044 66205552). Cancellation will be accepted provided the shipment is yet to be effected. A full refund will be initiated and funds will reflect in customer account within 4 to 5 days of cancellation.
Size Exchange Policy :
Customer will have to courier back the garment(s) at their own cost and UC will send the size of their choice on receipt of the same on the same day that we receive provided the item is in stock. Products that are out of stock typically will be back in stock within 7 days and will be shipped as soon as available.
