ORDERS

How can I check the status of my order? +

Once the product is shipped, a shipment confirmatory WhatsApp message and/or email will be sent along with the courier tracking number.

What are the payment options at Uniform Craft? +
  • Credit / Debit Card
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (e.g. Google Pay)
  • Cash on Delivery (for non-embroidery orders and orders between Rs 2,500 and Rs 5,000)
How do I place a Cash on Delivery order? +

OTP-based mobile number verification is required. A COD order confirmation message is sent via WhatsApp and must be confirmed by the customer.

Can I get my organisation's GST number on the invoice? +

E-commerce invoices on the Uniform Craft website cannot incorporate your GST number. You can contact them to create your order through the B2B process.

Are there any discounts for bulk orders? +

10% discount on orders above ₹4,000 and 15% discount on orders above ₹20,000. Shipping is free on all orders across India.

How do I cancel my order? +

Contact Customer care on 99944 13725 or email us at enquiry@uniformcraft.com. If the product hasn't shipped, we can cancel the order. Customised orders that are already processed cannot be cancelled.

How do I find my order history? +

Log in or create an account with the email ID used in previous orders to view order history.

Do you have a retail shop for walk-in purchases? +

Yes we do at Ground Floor, Jamal Fazal Chambers, 26 Greams Road, Thousand Lights, Chennai 600006. You can find us marked as " Uniform Craft " on google maps. We are open Mon to Sat from 9:30 AM to 7 PM. Trial rooms are available. 

Can I order online and pick up from the store? +

Yes. Right after placing an order, contact customer care to inform them of your preference to pick up. 

Can I edit my order after placing it? +

Contact via the Contact Us page or chat. Edits are possible if the product hasn't shipped. Customised orders already in production cannot be changed.

RETURN POLICY

What is the return policy? +

Products without Embroidery can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Customers can initiate returns or refund by clicking on the " Initiate returns or Exchange " link under Quicklinks section in the bottom of the website.  The product cost along with GST will be refunded to the customer on receipt of the product in resalable condition. The refund amount will reflect in customer's account within 4 to 5 days of initiating the refund.  

How do I exchange a product for a size change? +

Garments without embroidery in new condition can be exchanged for size within 7 days of receipt of order. Customer will have to initiate exchange through" Initiate returns or Exchange " link under Quicklinks section in the bottom of the website. The size exchange garment in stock will be shipped typically in 1 or 2 days from receipt of the garment in resaleable condition. Products that are out of stock typically will be back in stock within 7 days and will be shipped as soon as available.

SHIPPING

How does Uniform Craft ship COD orders? +

COD orders are shipped via Delhivery courier and delivered within 3–7 days depending on the destination pin code. COD is available only for order value between Rs 2500 and Rs 5000.

How long does delivery take? +
  • Up to 5 kg (up to 8 items): 2–4 days
  • Above 5 kg (more than 8 items): 3–4 days in South India; 4–8 days for central/northern pin codes
  • Embroidery orders: add 2 days
How can I track my order? +

Uniform Craft sends a WhatsApp message and email upon shipping. If not received, contact customer care via the Contact Us page or website chat.

SIZE SELECTION

What if my measurements fall between 2 sizes? +

Order the larger size — a marginally larger size can be altered to be made smaller, especially for customised (non-returnable) orders.

What's the best way to get sizes right for a team order? +
  1. Estimate sizes using the size guide
  2. Order one piece in each estimated size
  3. Confirm or identify alternate sizes on receipt
  4. Place the bulk order for the remaining sizes
Can I get a top and pant in different sizes? +

Yes, at an extra charge. Contact customer support and ask for the customised order process.

Can I get a longer length for taller individuals? +

Longer-length pants are available (not tops), at an extra charge via the customised order process. Please contact Customer Care.

Can I buy only the top without the full set? +

Not for standard orders (items are stocked as sets). For orders above 50 garments, tops can be made separately — contact customer support.
