A OTP based mobile number verification is required for placing COD orders. COD order confirmation message is sent through whatsapp and it is to be confirmed by customer.

E-commerce invoices generated on UC website cannot incorporate your GST number. However you can contact us for creating your order through the B2B process.

A 10% discount is applied on orders above Rs 2500 and a 15% discount is applied on orders above Rs 15,000. Shipping is free on all orders across India.

Once you place an order please contact customer care and inform your preference to pick up the order. 

You can contact us through our contact us page or chat window for the same. If the product is not yet shipped we can edit the order. However if it is a customised order and product is already customised we will not be able to make any changes.

Products without customisation ordered with UC can be returned within 7 days of receiving the product. Customers will have to courier the item back to us mentioning the order number at their cost. On receiving the item(s) back in resaleable condition we will effect a refund of the product cost.

Customers will have to courier back the garment(s) at their cost and UC will send the size of their choice on receipt of the same provided the garment is in stock. Out of stock garments are usually restocked within a week and will be shipped as soon as available. Garments with embroidery cannot be exchanged.

We ship the COD orders through Shiprocket and is will be delivered within 3 to 7 days depending on the destination Pin code.

Packages of less than 5 kgs ( upto 8 items ) take 2 to 4 days for delivery while packages above 5 kgs ( more than 8 items ) take 3 to 4 days for delivery in South India and 4 to 8 days for Pin codes in central and Northern states. Embroidery orders take an additional 5 days for shipping.

On shipping the order UC will send a shipment confirmation message on whatsapp besides sending an email. For some reason if you have not received the same kindly contact the customer care number listed in the contact us page or use the chat window on the website.

Please order the larger size if in doubt as a marginally larger size can be altered to be made smaller especially if customised which is non returnable.

Step 1 : Arrive at the sizes based on our size guide.
Step 2 : Order 1 uniform in each of the sizes that you have estimated.
Step 3 : On receiving our shipment confirm the sizes or arrive at the alternate size needed.
Step 4 : Order the balance sizes that you need in the second shipment to complete the order.

Since we bulk manufacture and stock as sets we will not be able to sell only the top. However for orders above 50 garments we can make tops. Please contact customer support for the same.
